Complete all of the highlighted fields on the Notary Application.
You can download the completed Notary Application prior to submitting it to us.
Print the Notary Application and wet sign on pages 2 and 3; your Character Affiant will need to sign once.
If you are a First Time Notary you will need to complete the 3-Hour Notary Education Course.
We will email all First Time Notaries a link to register for the FREE 3-Hour First Time Notary Course.
Mail the signed Notary Application to our offices for processing with the state.
A Welcome Email will be sent to you with a copy of your Notary Application and mailing instructions.
