Next Steps Regarding Applications

Standard Notary Application

1. Print your Notary Public Commission Application, Bond of Notary Public and 3-Hour Notary Education Certificate (if applicable; new notaries only).
2. Sign where indicated, and have your character affiant sign the Affidavit of Character.
3. Mail the originals to:
   Florida Notary Online, LLC

4. Complete your 2-Hour RON Notary Education Course.

RON Notary Application
(Once your Notary Commission has been issued)

1. Print all of the following:
   -RON Application
   -Bond of Notary Public
   -Errors and Omissions Policy
   -RON Service Provider Form
   -2-Hour RON Notary Education Course Certificate
2. Sign documents where indicated. Fill out the RON Application and RON Service Provider Form. You must have your RON Application notarized. Per the course, you must select a technology provider whom you intend to use. If you are unsure, select one and if you change your mind, you will submit an updated RON Service Provider Form to the state.
3. Obtain a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 and make it out to the FL Department of State.
4. Mail the originals to:
