Next Steps

  1. Complete the Remote Online Notary 2-hour course using the button above — the state requires it before it will register you as an online notary.
  2. Print your RON Application, Bond of Notary Public and RON E&O policy, and sign where indicated.
  3. Submit your completed RON Application, with your course completion certificate, bond and E&O policy, to the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations (Notary Section), Tallahassee, following the submission instructions printed on the application. You send this directly to the state — nothing needs to be mailed to us.
